Our Process x
This is arguably the most crucial part of the whole process. This is where we answer your questions and figure out your goals for your dream reno, such as what you would like renovated and what changes you would like to make. Necessary measurements are also taken so we can figure out what works best for you in the process of making your vision our mission. The services of a designer and even financing is available and will be discussed at this time.
After providing an agreement, lines of communication, work hours and the payment plan are established, and necessary permits are pulled for the project. We layout the responsibilities of both the owner and the contractor as well as general timelines to establish a more cohesive flow towards the project.
This is the part you’ve been waiting for and where we get hands-on. First, we will take the time to protect your unmoveable belongings and property from any dust. Then the labour-intensive part of the renovation can start to take place. In need of any additional changes? This is where we will implement a change order so you will know up front any additional costs and any possible changes to the timeline that was provided.
Each aspect of the project is gone over to see if any final touch-ups are needed and a final walkthrough is done with you to make sure the project is up to your satisfaction.
After you are finally satisfied with the look of the project, the clean up is initiated so you can finally see your dream reno in all its glory! Prepare to be amazed as relationships are made and most importantly your dream is now your reality.

Presence of proper drainage (i.e. sump pump or dehumidification system) is key in event of a water disaster. Also, pot lights to brighten up the space and use of materials such as wood, paper and fiberglass are great in other areas of the house.
